RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
 

1. RETURN POLICY

Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that are unworn, unwashed, in new condition and ALL tags attached. For all fragrances and candles, the cello wrap mustn’t be removed. All claims should be done within 14 days of receipt of merchandise and should be sent prepaid. We will do a refund or do an exchange. Pending return approval, all refunds will be given in the same method of original payment. We will credit the value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were charged. Shipping and handling is not refundable. Instructions on how to return the item are included on the packing receipt with your items. Sale merchandises are Final Sale.

2. HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR A RETURN?

Follow the instructions on the packing slip included with your package or check out return/exchange procedures.

• If merchandise is damaged on the way, please contact us by email [email protected]  before sending it back to us.

• We will not be able to process your exchange without having your original order back to us.

• We will not accept any package without RA #

4. MAY I RETURN MERCHANDISE I PURCHASED ONLINE AT A CALYPSO STORE?

Unfortunately, all merchandise purchased through the web site must be returned through the web site as well. Please see our instructions on obtaining a Return Authorization number. Also, please note that clothing cannot be returned to the Bijoux or Home stores.



STORE FRONT RETURN POLICY

Returns can be made within 10 days of purchase for store credit or exchange only.
Returns must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached and accompanied with the original sales receipt to be processed.
Returns on items purchased at the Home stores or Online cannot be made at any of the Calypso clothing stores.

All SALE items and swimwear are FINAL sales, no returns or exchanges accepted.

 
 
TO OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER
 

1. Please go to the website (www.calypso-celle.com) and at the bottom of the page click on “Your Account”.

2. Login and go to “Your Account” page.

3. Click on "Order History" and type the order number in the boxes at the top. In the first box type “CALYPSO” and the second box type the order number.

4. Click on the dot next to your order and then on the "Details" button.

5. At the top of the page you will see the “Returns” link. If you don't see the "Returns" link, it means the item(s) are not returnable. We do not accept returns on sale items or items that are past the 14 days grace period.

6. Click on the “Returns” link at the top of the page and fill out the form that comes up. Once that is completed, your “RA” number will be e-mailed to you immediately. Print out that e-mail and include it in the package. If you cannot print it out, please write your RA number on your invoice and clearly indicate which item(s) you wish to return and why.

7. Include both the Return Authorization form and Invoice in the original package if possible and seal securely. Please write the RA # and order # underneath.

We have the right to deny a credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

We recommend that you send the package back via traceable carrier and. This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility insure the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to CALYPSO Christiane Celle for packages that we do not ship ourselves.

CALYPSO SHIPPING POLICIES

• All orders are shipped by UPS Ground on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays.
• Currently, we do not ship international.
• No shipment to Alaska or Hawaii.
• For overnight service, orders must be submitted Monday-Friday by 11AM EST.
• Overnight orders placed on Thursday after 11AM through Friday 11AM EST will arrive on Monday. Overnight delivery orders placed on Friday after 11AM EST and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday.
• Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email from us. In general, you will receive your order within 3 - 10 business days.
• If you choose to ship your orders to multiple locations, there will be additional charges for each destination.
• We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses.
• You can select to send a package to:
1. Billing Address- the same address as your billing address for your credit card
2. Shipping Address- an alternate address for you

For overnight service add 30.00
For 2-day service add 20.00

There will be additional charges for oversize or overweight items.
